I am a qualified chef with approximately 15 years experience working in kitchens around NZ and overseas.
I have a masters degree in human nutrition and have been working in the field of nutrition and public health for approximately 11 years. During this time my primary role has been to effectively communicate practical nutrition messaging to home and professional cooks through written and video media as well as face to face interaction.
Food has always been a major part of my life and career and is a subject I am keen to explore further in many different ways, including research and writing.
